Save a restaurant, feed a hero.
In these uncertain times, there is one absolute certainty …. that is …. The COVID 19 pandemic will eventually pass. When it does, we can help Greenwood return to the vibrant community it was just a few weeks ago.
While we do our part and shelter in place, dozens of locally owned restaurants are on the verge of extinction. The SBA programs, while well intentioned, don’t come remotely close to keeping the bills paid.
In our short time open (2 weeks) The Harry Cooler Conference Center was able to raise thousands of dollars to benefit local charities. Now we ask you to join us while our doors remain closed.
Our goal is to raise $100,000 to purchase gift cards at local eateries and donate the cards to our local heroes. Our medical workers, police, fire and paramedics are no doubt looking forward to sitting down for a delicious local meal when this is all behind us, or a carry out with their family between their long shifts.
100% of the funds raised will be invested and distributed locally.
Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.” Vincent Van Gogh
