Information
The Harry Cooler Conference Center is a 3 level 2800sf fully restored mid century modern home located on 7 wooded acres. Occupancy is limited to 50 persons including staff/catering for an indoor event and 125 for outdoor. The main level is a stunning replica of a idyllic mid century modern residence. The mid level Consists of 2 meeting spaces. The former master bedroom houses an original Frank Lloyd Wright conference table with seating up to 9 persons. The second bedroom is a modernist lounge with seating for 10. The lower lever can be set up in a variety of configurations:
- Auditorium: Chairs for 45 people
- Classroom: Chairs and tables for 24 people
- Formal Dining/Cocktail: 4 round tables for 24 people
- Podium, 1G Fiber WIFI, Full AV set up, White Board and all presentation materials are onsite and provided free of charge.
- Outdoor Areas include: 2500sf of patio space, 5 wood burning chimeneas, large fire pit, bocce court, pickleball court (also serves a 30X60 tent platform), Koi pond with waterfall, and walking trail. Outdoor furnishing can be set to your needs.
- Outdoor events include tables and chairs for 100 guests along with 2 bartending stations, 15 cocktail tables and 3 choices of linen colors
- Sanitized space upon arrival for event
- HEPA Filtration device of all levels in home to purify air
- Safety Director on staff during event to assist with COVID19 precautions
- Safety kits available: Mask, hand sanitizer
- Hand cleaning stations located at every entrance/exit/ball court/food stations/restrooms
- Open air atmosphere to establish social distancing/all patio doors will be open weather permitting
- Parking: 40 paved parking spaces, and an additional 25 overflow spaces. Food Truck/Caterer Parking
- 2 indoor restrooms (additional portable toilets/charges apply)
- Licensed catering is required for all events
